Greenscene is an environmentally friendly company dedicated to many long-term environmentally friendly practices. One such example of this is habitat creation of dead or dying trees. A process where by all the major branches of concern are cut back to stumps, and hollows are bored into the trunk. With the removal of so many trees throughout suburbia, birds and wildlife are finding fewer hollows (homes) in which to live. By undertaking this process, we are leaving the trunk to create hollows for habitat.
This concept is not for every tree, or property, but when it is appropriate, it is very environmentally friendly.
